The 3% Conference is a movement that builds the business case for more women creative directors in the ad industry and executive roles, and this weekend on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, they will host their 2nd annual 3% Super Bowl Tweetup, in partnership with The Representation Project for Super Bowl XLIX this year.
The Representation Project uses film and media to challenge and overcome limiting stereotypes so that everyone, regardless of gender, race, class, age, sexual orientation or circumstance can fulfill their human potential, so it’s a great partnership for one of the biggest advertising events of the year!
Female creatives and consumers will be keeping score of the advertisements shown during the Big Game and sharing whether the ads are inclusive and appeal to women.
